Who am I? I'm just a gal who likes to read the directions on a soup can; who found herself relocated from a big city to a town beginning with "Fort" while on her second maternity leave, and who wasn't dealing well with being over 30 and technically unemployed. She's someone who struggles with feeling vaguely dissatisfied year after year so has gone on the hunt: not only for quick, simple, fun and nutritious meal ideas, but for a deeper meaning and purpose to her life.
